With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

It takes our proven turbo pedal-assist technology and tailors it in a package that's designed for getting around your day-to-day life quicker than ever before. It's you only faster.
It features a custom 250-watt motor and 504wh battery that are fully integrated with the bike and specifically tuned for city riding and in the case of the battery it doesn't require any tools for removal so it's super easy to remove from the bike for charging. We also made sure that it's totally compatible with bluetooth so you can toggle between battery modes to increase your range in real time via the turbo vado mission control app (available later this year). There are three battery modes to work with in order to maximize the battery life and with the app you can even plot your course and the battery will adjust while you're riding to make sure that you get through your ride on one charge.
