Developed as a flat-out race machine for Nicolas Vouilloz by the Lapierre Gravity Logic Project team, the Overvolt GLP uses a unique design that produces the most stable E-MTB available. Cutting-edge carbon fibre design allows the Power Pack to be positioned directly on top of the new Bosch Gen4 Performance CX motor, keeping the bike’s centre-of-mass as low and central as it possibly can be.
The bike’s around 2kg lighter than the previous Overvolt AM iteration, has a new linkage and redesigned suspension kinematics, and runs the race-favoured 29” front and 27.5” rear wheel combination. This gives the bike the best balance of traction and efficiency for the uphills, and speed-carrying rollover and manoeuvrability for the descents.
Developed for powerful propulsion, an extremely sporty riding style and fast sprints, the 2020 Performance Line CX from Bosch is their best motor yet. It offers a higher percentage of support relative to rider input, is a smaller package, and is over 1kg lighter than the previous model.
