Castelli CHPT3 Rocka 1.63 MK2 Short Sleeve Mens Jacket in Red

A variant of seasoned pro-rider David Millar’s favourite racing garment – the Castelli Gabba – the Rocka is water repellent, windproof, highly breathable and cut in a manner that makes it fitted to everyday use.

The most striking difference to the Gabba is the protective collar utilised in the Rocka, which is secured with a single button. When not required it can be wrapped around the rear of the neck and fastened to the same button for a flash of colour, owing to the striking Rosso Fuoco strip printed on the collar’s inside. Inspired by 60s ‘Rocker’ subculture and the sartorial flair employed in bespoke suits, the Rocka is not only sharp but an outer shield to be reckoned with.

The two-tone material utilised in the Rocka is nearly 20% lighter than the material used for the Gabba and, combined with articulated shoulders, contributes to a greater freedom of movement on the bike. Two rear storm-flap protected pockets and another singular storm-flap pocket on the front enable safe storage of essentials even when you’re riding through hell. An industrial metallic zipper and dedicated reflective piping at the hem reflect the utilitarian design ethos that underpins CHPT3’s output.
