With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

With thru axles becoming more and more common the original crombie tool was due for a makeover. Abbey bike tools took the piloting pin and plus sized it to work with the 12mm thru axle fitment that is actually standardized. They make this version as a dual sided tool with two s group ends, one for thru axle wheels and the other for regular hubs. The regular side has a hole deep enough to hide a skewer nut, it's really the best of both worlds.
The standard version comes with a solid handle while the super light has a hollow handle to save weight for the travelling mechanic. Super light handles are plenty durable for lockrings that are torqued close to the 40 nm spec. If you commonly come across over torque lockrings get the standard handle.
Note, this version of the crombie tool is not compatible with any campagnolo wheels.Features:
